Since 1996, Miles has been grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on his clients’lives. A strong supporter of community initiatives, he has helped raise millions of dollars in Lloydminster and works with a not-for-profit organization in Mexico that rescues young girls from the street. Born and raised on a small Saskatchewan farm, Miles married his highschool sweetheart, Heather. They have two children.
Bill joined Schiller & Associates Private Wealth Management in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience, drive and dedication to the team. A Pillar Award* winner, recognized for his exceptional productivity and growth, Bill believes in a personalized approach to financial planning, spending the time it takes to clearly understand a client’s aspirations, before employing a comprehensive plan to help make them a reality.
Bill enjoys spending time with his loving wife and two children. When not with his family, Bill is likely active either physically – summer on the links, winter at the rink – or in the Lloydminster community, supporting causes close to his heart.
Ilkin joined Schiller, Spence & Associates in 2017. Ilkin graduated from University of Saskatchewan, B.Comm, Finance Degree with great distinction. He is working towards his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designations. Ilkin worked on advancing IG’s product shelf and bringing world class asset managers to clients as part of the IG Investment Solutions head office team. He believes in importance of comprehensive financial planning as an integral part of clients’ lives.
Jason joined Schiller, Spence & Associates in 2018. Jason graduated from Lakeland College with a diploma in Professional Accounting and earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University. He believes in helping clients achieve their goals through comprehensive planning. Jason gives back to the community as a volunteer with MS Walk and the Salvation Army Food Drive.
Denise joined our team as a Senior Assistant in 2015 with her long-time friend and colleague Bill Spence. With her industry experience, Denise’s hands-on, full-service approach has allowed her to develop strong and lasting client relationships and enabled her to offer sound, appropriate advice as she strives to continually enhance the overall client experience.

A tax lawyer by background, Jack leads the Advanced Financial Planning department at IG Wealth Management and is responsible for coordinating planning support for high net worth clients. His goal is to ensure that clients receive the highest quality tax, estate and financial planning advice tailored to their goals and circumstances.
Jack obtained his Bachelor of Arts and law degrees from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1988. He has practiced law in both the private and public sectors. Before joining IG Wealth Management in 1997 Jack spent five years as tax litigation counsel with the Federal Department of Justice. Jack also stepped out of his head office role in 2001, and spent two years in our advisory network as a Divisional Director in British Columbia.
Over the last 21 years, Jack has worked with owner-managers of private companies on issues relating to tax planning, business succession, executive compensation and trusts. He has also made numerous presentations to both public and professional audiences on these topics.
He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and a Fellow of the Financial Planning Standards Council.
Christine is Vice-President, Tax and Estate Planning, in the Advanced Financial Planning department of IG Wealth Management. She provides advice to high net worth clients on complex tax and estate planning matters. Christine also manages a team of professionals, including lawyers, notaries, accountants, and pension experts located across Canada.
Christine is the author of Wealth Planning Strategies for Canadians, which is published annually by Thomson Carswell and is currently in its 13th edition. Christine is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, has her Certified Financial Planner designation, is a Registered Retirement Consultant and is a Trust & Estate Practitioner, as certified by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”). She is on the board of STEP Canada and has been involved in many aspects of the organization, including the Education Committee, the editorial committee for their national magazine, STEP Inside, and the organizing committee for the STEP National Conference, held annually in Toronto. She has published several industry papers, including with the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Association of Life Underwriters, the Law Society of Manitoba and the Estates, Trusts and Pension Journal. Christine has given lectures to numerous professional groups and is a regular media spokesperson for IG Wealth Management.
Christine obtained both her Commerce and Law degrees from the University of Manitoba prior to being called to the Bar in both Manitoba (1995) and Ontario (2004). Christine spent several years practicing tax law with a large law firm in Winnipeg prior to joining IG Wealth Management in 2001.

Normand studied accounting at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and has been a CPA since 1989. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services field and before that gained more than 20 years of experience working with companies in several industries.
Normand joined IG Wealth Management in September 2008.
He obtained a graduate degree in taxation from Université de Sherbrooke in 1991 and is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et successorale.
Normand specializes in tax and estate planning for small businesses and individuals. He gives advice to clients on various topics, such as corporate tax, corporate restructuring and tax planning for high-net-worth clients. He frequently develops training sessions on these topics and delivers them to our advisors.

Chad joined Investors Group in May 2010, where he provides Insurance product support and estate planning advice. He has completed IFIC and LLQP courses. He has also sat on the board of Lloydminster Big Brothers Big Sisters and helped coach minor sports teams.
Palmer specializes in Investment analysis and decision making for high net worth clients. Previously, Palmer worked at a Chartered Professional Accounting firm where he worked on corporate year-end engagements, personal and corporate tax, and small business valuation.
Holly works as a member of a team of two Mortgage Planning Specialists who are based out of the Saskatoon office. The team specializes in helping clients select the right lending solution to meet their goals.
Prior to entering the role, Holly was a Consultant in the IG Wealth Management office in Saskatoon. She brings over 6 years of mortgage lending experience and has spent over 10 years in the financial services industry. Holly obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation (CFP) in 2014.
In her free time, Holly enjoys doing anything outdoors with her family.
